It was a great turn out for our first 5 course dinner and wine pairing event! The food was absolutely fabulous and everyone was wondering when our next one would be... Stay posted for that event.

The evening's menu:

First course: weathervane scallops kissed with bisque and a hint of asiago
Paired with Quintay Sauvigon Blanc

Second course: soup curried mango free range chicken, basmati rice
Paired with Dr Pauly Bergweller

Third course: local tuna nicoise style, green beans, tomato, sun dried olives
Paired with Catena Malbec

Fourth course: AAA beef tenderloin fillet steak with a foraged mushroom demi
Paired with Pirramimma Shiraz

Fifth course: philo pastry tarts, fresh berries, creme fresh, pate a chou swans
Paired with Batasiolo Moscato D'Asti
